We wanted to tell the story of Dr. Max Gerson, who is considered the founder of plant based healing, through the use of heightened, romanticized light.  The play highlights his fights with the big pharmaceutical companies and his ultimate demise because of his work.  Lighting created a fractured world as the play progressed echoing Dr. Gerson’s deteriorating state of mind.
